I’m obsessed with this beverage. We made these for 4th of July. Whenever me and my bestie get together, we’re always mentally trying to go to Jamaica & the rum take us there!
try this recipe out with your friends!
Ingredients:
Calypso Coconut Rum
Real Coconut Syrup
Lime Juice
Raspberries
Homemade Simple Syrup (melt equal ration sugar and water together til it’s syrupish consistency)
Orange Dry
in a shaker,
- Muddle some raspberries
- Add some ice
- Add 1/4 or 1/2 cup of lime juice (up to you)
- Squeeze of Coconut syrup
- Add some simple syrup
- Add rum, maybe like 1/2 cup or so lol equal ratio or a lil more to the lime juice… up to your preference
&&& SHAKEEEE
- pour over ice
- Top with Orange Dry
- Garnish with mint! (I didn’t do this but I would next time)
