Jellyfish are mystical creatures. Watching them float is a dreamy escape. Complex yet simple. They remind me of how simple it is to be in the flow with life and self and how easily we can complicate that. Tuning into the electric universal life force energy and letting it carry you… be open… letting it take you on a journey.
The way in which jellys can regenerate body parts is like how we can heal ourselves by tuning into our bodies and mind instead of searching outwardly. It’s cerebral. Brain wave activity. Reiki tingles that help us regenerate. I made this art piece sometime during July… recently I was out on the water with family. We were anchored and I stuck my feet in the water. Chillen there for a bit, I started to notice lil jelly’s. Their glimmer is what caught my eye. They didn’t have stingers but they were these clear beautiful oval shaped orbs with lines of iridescent rays gliding up and down their bodies. lil mystical aliens just floating along… and then all of a sudden, they were all gone. Maybe they hopped in an underwater portal…. Or maybe they just kept migrating where ever the current takes them.
